My name is Cris Layton

As an aspiring immigrant, like many who come to the United States of North America, I have faced and overcome the challenges of understanding the intricacies of the work and credit systems. Through costly mistakes, I realized the scarcity of information within the immigrant community about immigration processes, crafting resumes, and managing finances. Motivated by this gap, I committed to further education to offer assistance. My tenure at a financial institution provided insights into hiring practices and career coaching, forming the foundation for initiating a program aimed at assisting individuals with applications, interviews, resume building, and even launching businesses using refined techniques honed through continuous training.

This enterprise was born out of recognizing and addressing the specific needs of the immigrant community, by an immigrant herself.
